The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release, plus an IRS Form W-9, by the date given in the notification. No. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (federal, state, local, sales, and/or income) on the prize, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for its value.

If the truck is chosen, the winner also covers registration, license, title, and insurance fees, must show a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance at delivery, and pays all transportation costs from the delivery location to their home, including shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Maintenance, repair, and fuel costs after delivery are the winner’s responsibility.
